Video clips were added and the site was integrated with various social media such as  Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.  When the client creates a blog on the site, notices are automatically sent to other social media.

The client needed a website to promote their horses with. The site had to be easy to update, search engine friendly and include a display pictures well.

The organization has over 200 volunteers to fill over 800 shifts for the shelter. People can register as volunteers on line and then sign-up online for shifts. Automatic email notices are sent to volunteers reminding them of their shifts and following up on how their shift went.

The site also includes a log feature for the staff to track events of each day. An intake system was developed so the organization could track how many guests the organization had. Tracking volunteers, shifts and guests provided the organization with valuable statistics — they can use for planning and funding.

Matrix Early Warning SystemThis site is a simple on-line brochure. The client has a product they wanted to promote and wanted a simple website they could send potential buyers to. The client wasn’t concerned about search engine rankings, they just wanted to show their stuff.

The product is fairly technical and the best way to demonstrate it is through the video on the home page. Additional information about the product is available through links to PDF documents on the side.

This site is an excellent example of using Flash video. By having the video on a web page, it’s easy to send a link to people so they can see the video easily. You don’t have to worry about sending files through email.

Implemented design for sites. KnowledgeHarvesting.net is for clients to log-in and see their projects. This site uses the Joomla content management system. Each client has their own customized version of the site that appears as a subdomain (Ex. clientsite.knowledgeharvesting.net).

This site is a sales tool for an on-line program. Screen-shots of the program are designed to step the site visitor through the program.

Developed back end of both site. Both sites automated processes by putting them on-line. Information is stored in a database where it can be reviewed and analysed quickly and easily.

A snap-shot of data from both sites is also available on a management dashboard. Owners can log-into the dashboard and get a quick over-view of what is going on in their business.

This site allows people to apply for jobs at area Wendy’s restaurants. The application is forwarded to managers for immediate follow up. It also tracks the response different advertising campaigns got. This provides valuable information on where to spend advertising money.

This site allowed customers to fill out comment cards on-line. The cards provide very valuable information on the service, products and dinning experience customers are having. By having the cards on-line, management receives the information immediately and can respond quickly to any issues that may arise. These comments could also be passed on to employees through the company intranet, where issues can be addressed and good work can be recognized.

Having the comment rating statistics in a database also make it easier to analyse. Trends are easier to spot when all the numbers are in one place.

Site include ecommerce and a blog program customized with the site look. The site also has a Google based search feature for finding information on the site, and a newsletter system.

On-Line Logging program. The program tracks deliveries to lumber mill. When, how much, what type, who delivered it, etc.

Interface includes using Ajax for data look ups, iframes for displaying data.

Reports are displayed on the screen with grouping and sorting functionality. Report data can also be exported to a CSV/Excel file so the user can analyse or import data to other programs if they wish. Data is also exported in PDF format for easy printing.

GuidanceCoach.com

This site allows life/career coaches to use Guidance Cards with their clients on-line. Coaching is often done over the phone, and to date, there was no way of using a visual tool that both the client and coach can see at the same time.

Guidance Coach allows the coach to send their client a link to a card. The coach and client can then view the same card at the same time while discussing it over the phone. This is an innovative tool that is unique in the coaching industry.

The site includes the ability for the coach to select a card and send it to the client in a customized email.

The coach can assign the card as being coach led, or self-guided (where the client does it on their own). The self-guided session allows the client to send the coach journal entries on what they got out of the session. The coach can also see when the client did the self-guided session.

A comprehensive administration area for marketing tasks was also created. This includes a system where users can register for events, automated follow-up emails that can be customized by the website owner. The site also includes a contact management system for tracking past/potential/current customers with the ability to send customers personalized emails, pre-written emails and one-time emails.
